Invited guests, and Peninsula Club neighbors, enjoyed a splendid evening touring three of Lake Norman’s most extraordinary homes on August 9th. Gathering at the Peninsula Yacht Club, a shuttle provided by Henrick Northlake Luxury Auto Mall, transported guests around the lake for a night of fun and festivities.
Each of the three stunning waterfront settings allowed guests an inside look at these multi-million dollar properties, while they sampled fine wines and hors d’oeuvres from Spain, Italy and France. Guests also listened to live music at each home.
Rick Moeser, Senior Vice President of Christie’s International Real Estate was in town for the event, and gave a brief overview of worldwide luxury real estate trends.
The three homes on the tour are located in one of Charlotte’s most prestigious areas – Upper Jetton Rd, Flying Jib and Harbor Light Boulevard.
