Ivester Jackson | Christie’s has more than 50 highly successful agents in the Charlotte market ready to help you today.
Two of our agents, Kim Raymond & Lisa McCrossan, were just named “Rising Stars” in Charlotte real estate by The Charlotte Observer.
Here’s a sample of just a few positive reviews you will find online.
Zillow – Lisa McCrossan
“Lisa is a true professional. We had our house listed with 2 other agents who like most real estate agents come in tell you all about their marketing programs “that will sell your home quickly”. They both fell short of expectations. Lisa however came in with a solid plan, brought in a interior designer to help stage the house. She made several suggestions on painting and removing wallpaper that made all the difference in the world. After 9+ months on the market with other realtors. Lisa had an offer within 30 days!
It is amazing what a little extra work will accomplish.
Lisa is the best realtor I have worked with in 25 years.”
“If we had to do it all again I would not hesitate to list our home with Christy Chaffe, Ivester Jackson. We were well represented from start to finish: our agent’s expertise, the amazing marketing materials created for our home to a smooth closing with no unexpected surprises. Thanks again, Christy Chaffee!” twoangelsrus
“We worked with Leslie to purchase our first home about a year after we moved to Charlotte. She spent several months with us, driving around and just looking at houses and very quickly helped us figure out what we wanted. Over this time, we developed a great relationship with her. She was open and honest with us about all of the houses we looked at, and at no point in time did we feel any pressure to make offers or speed up our buying process. Once we decided to make an offer, Leslie’s key strengths kicked in– she is VERY organized and a tough negotiator.”
“She gets things done and has her clients best interest at heart. Breath of fresh air.” Bettina Morgan Howard
“Jackie was great from start to finish! From both the seller and buyer aspect she listened to our wants and needs and left very little work on our end. We always new she had our best interest in mind. When issues arose, she calmed our fears and guided us through it with ease. She comes highly recommended by us!” Kaitlyn Richer
“The epitome of professionalism and personalized service. Dee was great and so vital to us finding the house that was a perfect fit. We truly cannot say enough great things about all that Dee did to make finding and buying a house easy and painless. A+++ with everything.” Jay S.

We’re excited to once again support The Patriot Gala this year, coming up soon on November 5th.
Last year’s event was very patriotic as “it recognizes and values what our men and women give to our country with their selfless sacrifice and it ultimately inspires all in attendance to share some of themselves to support our military. It is an evening filled with laughter, tears and warmth.” (Patriot Military Family Foundation Website)
The highlight of the evening includes honored military speakers and guests and is a tribute to the men and women who have served from our great state of North Carolina.
This event includes a silent and live auction with everything from jewelry, wine and dine, travel, sporting events and more to bid on.
Last year four service dogs were presented to local veterans suffering from PTSD and this year four more will be awarded.

Of course you’ve driven by the majestic towers at the corner of Providence Road and Sharon Amity.
Here’s why it’s such a wonderful move:
- Rosewood is nestled on a 9 acre estate with over 4.5 acres of preserved wooded land.
- Location: You are already familiar with the SouthPark area and want to stay where you know the action is without living downtown.
- Concierge: The concierge service will greet your guests or workers, accept deliveries and packages, hold mail, handle your dry cleaning drop off or pick up, and a number of other services.
- Security: Rosewood has underground parking that is secure. Once you are in the parking deck, you still need a fob to even get into the elevator bay. The same security applies to the front of the building. No one can get into the building after a certain time without passing through security, or being buzzed in.
- Gym: State of the art gym at your disposal 24/7
- Maintenance: Building maintenance can come to your rescue in case of an emergency…even if you are travelling for the next month
- Business Center: Copy machine, shredder and various other supplies make it a great standby. You never know when your printer is going to quit working and you need to get something printed
- Meeting/Card room: Card game? Meet with someone? There is a very nice room that you can use/reserve for your use.
- Massage room: Have a masseuse that comes to you? There’s a room for that.
- Beautiful pool with pool house, tennis courts, English Garden with fountains and walking trails
- There is also a gourmet coffee bar, TV lounge and meeting room. There are outings and parties often which provide a great opportunity to get to know the other people in your community.
- Every building has its own elevator bay.
- There are two bedrooms, three and a couple of four bedrooms. Most units have 10’ ceilings, with some penthouses having 12-14’ ceilings in certain rooms. There are terraces of various sizes and different views.
- There is no other building in Charlotte where you can get this level of amenities.
