Lee Steinour is the Digital Marketing Manager for Ivester Jackson – Christie’s International Real Estate. She manages IJ’s social media sites; including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and Vimeo. She also writes blog articles and helped create much of the content for the IJ company website, including two videos on the homepage – “Welcome to Lake Norman” and “Welcome to Charlotte.”

Before working for IJ, Lee began her career as a television news journalist. During her TV career she interviewed President Barack Obama, Senator John McCain, reported from Washington DC during President Ronald Reagan’s funeral, flew in an F-16 fighter jet with the South Carolina Air National Guard, covered the DC Sniper shootings and court proceedings in 2002, and has appeared on both Fox News Channel and CBS “48 Hours Mystery.”

She made the transition from TV to PR/Social Media after the birth of her second son and began working for the Richmond based non-profit ChildFund International. While there Lee worked with overseas photographers to help capture the organizations work in Africa, Asia, North and South America. She also worked on several popular Facebook campaigns including “Trip of a Lifetime” and “Around the World with ChildFund.”

Lee loves to write, and volunteers her time/skills for Davidson United Methodist Church writing for their quarterly publication INPSIRE, she’s also traveled to Honduras several times for mission work. In her free time you can find Lee spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons; hiking, biking, traveling or out on the lake.




Julia is the Advertising Specialist and Graphic Designer for Ivester Jackson – Christie’s International Real Estate. She works both on the digital marketing side as well as the print marketing side for all of IJ’s advertising

Before working for IJ, Julia was working as an Advertising Account Manager at Norman Media in Charlotte, NC. Prior to that, Julia started her career after college in a Fortune 500 sales job in uptown Charlotte.

Julia graduated from the University North Carolina in 2016 with a degree in Art-Graphic Design & Journalism. She was a member, Public Relations Chair, and Merchandise Chair for the UNC Charlotte Equestrian Team, a member of the UNC Charlotte Women’s Club Lacrosse team, and a member, Public Relations Chair, and Website Coordinator for the Zeta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority at UNC Charlotte.

Julia graduated with Cum Laude honors and was also inducted into a Collegiate Academic Honor Society. Several of her logo designs were published, such as the official UNC Charlotte Wellness Ambassadors logo, the UNC Charlotte Archery Team’s official logo, and the official UNC Charlotte IFC logo. Julia has also had her Artwork/Logo Design published in the book, The Moving Image Workshop Introducing animation, motion graphics and visual effects in 45 practical projects. Julia has had multiple art pieces featured in the Juried Art Show at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, Julia has had several fashion journalism articles published in the LOOP Magazine

Julia grew up and lived in New Jersey up until 2013. She spent her summers growing up at the Jersey Shore, in Ortley Beach. Julia now plans to stay in Charlotte, NC and continue her career in advertising and marketing at Ivester Jackson – Christie’s International Real Estate.



Karley is the Advertising Coordinator for Ivester Jackson - Christie's International Real Estate. As a copywriter-graphic designer hybrid, Karley creates compelling brand stories through the combination of art and language. As the Advertising Coordinator for Ivester Jackson, she provides ads and content for print and digital media channels, assisting at both the firm and agent level. She also produces Ivester Jackson's bi-monthly magazine, Portfolio of Fine Properties.

Karley graduated from Appalachian State University in 2014 with a degree in Advertising and a minor in Digital Photography. She has since gained experience writing copy and designing marketing materials for clients in a variety of different industries. Karley stays involved in the Charlotte design community as an active member of AIGA and a persistent juggler of numerous freelance projects.

Outside of work, Karley enjoys photography, cross-stitching, hiking, and attending concerts and design events in the Charlotte area. She is a passionate creative with a strong desire to solve communication problems with carefully crafted design solutions.




Carol Smith is the Compliance Administrator for Ivester Jackson, as well as a licensed realtor in both NC and SC. Carol has spent 29 years in residential sales and has been designated a Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Distressed Property Expert. Her experience in closing coordination and her commitment to providing excellence in service make her a strong asset to the IJ staff.
