Tynecastle, an English village-style development designed by one of Charlotte’s leading architects Greg Perry, only has four units left before it is sold out. The 14-unit luxury townhome complex in Strawberry Hill near SouthPark was created by local developer/builder Madison Simmons Builders and managing partner Sonny Crater.
Tynecastle offers a unique variety of custom floorplans patterned after private luxury residences, which give them a more intimate feel. Crater highlighted the motive behind the ideas of the floorplans, saying “We could have gone higher density, but wanted to have more livable space with custom features like larger closets and master suites on the main floor.”
The modern luxury themed units are marketed by Ivester Jackson I Christie’s International Real Estate’s Senior Broker Dee Reid and her team and include a significant amount of design input from Perry. The townhomes are one of Charlotte’s most unique housing developments.
The timing and location of the Madison Simmon’s project, combined with the distinctive custom finishes and design features are proving to be immensely popular with the growing “lock and leave” segment of Charlotte’s luxury market.
Lead architect Greg Perry shares his vision of what the lifestyle behind living at Tynecastle looks like, saying “Tynecastle was conceived as a sophisticated residential enclave, the positioning of the homes and private spaces provides a unique shared experience of privacy and social interaction.” For more information, visit www.tynecastlesouthpark.com
