The upper price segments at Lake Norman tapered in the 4th quarter, mainly in the mid-market and million-dollar price segments, which are more interest rate sensitive.
Interesting luxury activity in the Charlotte region. The less interest rate sensitivity luxury segments over $1 million bucked the national trend and posted similar higher results to 2021’s second half. North Carolina luxury markets are double to triple pre-Covid levels of sell-through.
